Before engaging in recapitulation, we will practice Toltec Magical Passes, a series of precise, intentional movements used to energy redeployment, quiet the internal dialogue, and project the energy body. These movements help create the energetic and mental conditions necessary for effective recapitulation. This practice is not about reliving trauma or analyzing the past.
