Dance Embodiment Lab with Adrian

MEMBERS ONLY | This offering emerges from distilling the essence of my movement practices into dynamic biotensegrity. This is an Intent to embody the integral tension of our fascia through dance. By applying tensegrity to our connective web, we engage muscles, bones, tendons, fascia, and energy body fibers in a dynamic balance of compression and release. In this class, we explore the heightened perception of Magical Passes, the intelligence of Fascia Maneuvers, and Zouk-influenced rhythm and flow. Adrián’s Bio: American-born and Mexican-raised, I have always lived between worlds—moving through polarities rather than fixed identities. Over time, I’ve come to understand that my nature is movement itself: fluid, adaptive, and ever-changing. What remains constant is my commitment to serving the revival of Toltekayotl, Toltec wisdom. I am a mover whose path weaves through Toltec and Nagualic practices such as Kinam and Magical Passes, grounded in a daily exploration of fascia maneuvers. Partner dance, especially Brazilian Zouk and Contact Improvisation—deeply informs my work.
